Danone uses personalised consumer insights tool
Swedish company Stravito has launched Research Management — a tool designed to help insights teams streamline workflows to better manage research projects, budgets, suppliers and external agencies from one secure space. Results from food and beverage customer Danone show the product has the potential to increase visibility, transparency and collaboration between internal teams and external agencies.
For the past four months, Danone has been trialling Research Management. With researchers in 30 countries and studies being completed every month, the company needed a more automated, helpful and collaborative way to manage insights projects and avoid the duplication of work.

“Research Management enables best practice sharing, makes processes much more transparent and increases team collaboration. Research Management brings budgets together in one place to allow full transparency and speed up processes, increasing the operational and financial efficiency of teams. New project briefs can be launched using flexible customised templates and workflows to empower teams to follow best practices and bring the research process to a new level.
Requests for proposals can be sent to multiple agencies from the organisation’s approved list of suppliers, enabling teams to negotiate on terms, choose the best offer and collaborate on execution. Once a proposal is revised and approved, projects can be immediately commissioned within the tool.
