Supply Chain Optimisation Scholarship call for nominations
Nominations are now open for the Supply Chain and Logistics Association of Australia’s (SCLAA’s) 2014 Supply Chain Optimisation Scholarship.
The scholarship is a national program for SCLAA members and provides a place in the 2014 Supply Chain Optimisation course at the University of Queensland (UQ) Business School.
Valued at $5400, the scholarship covers tuition, course materials, meals and a formal dinner. Should the winner be from interstate, SCLAA will also cover flights, accommodation and incidentals to attend the course.
The winner will also receive a delegate ticket to the 2014 Queensland Supply Chain and Logistics Conference, to be held on 4 and 5 September at the Sofitel Brisbane.
The SCLAA says the Supply Chain Optimisation Course enables attendees to:
- build tools and frameworks to improve core business processes,
- deliver superior managerial performance with significant business impact,
- improve an organisation’s performance in international and business markets,
- formulate practical ideas, models and tools of leadership and strategy to examine supply chain management systems,
- learn how successful leaders engage others in the supply chain process.
