Food processing workplace resource
A new food processing industry workplace resource - the Food Processing Industry AWA (Australian workplace agreement) Kit - has been launched.
The kit is a workplace relations resource promoting flexible work practices for businesses in the food processing industry.
Developed by the Office of the Employment Advocate (OEA), the Australian government agency responsible for filing and approving Australian workplace agreements (AWAs), the kit aims to fulfil the need identified by the food processing industry for businesses in this industry to adopt more innovative and flexible work practices.
