New Group Vice President International for GSF
Distributor and food processor Golden State Foods (GSF) has announced the appointment of John Broekhuis as Group Vice President, International.
The role will see Broekhuis head GSF’s International Division, overseeing the company’s international operations, facilities, plan achievement, sales and strategic growth worldwide. He will also be responsible for key customer relationships across McDonald’s APMEA (Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa) and globally. He will be based in the company’s Singapore office.
Prior to joining GSF, Broekhuis was Managing Director of Sensient Cosmetic Technologies in France. He has also served tenures with companies such as Danisco Flavors, Florida Flavors and PFW Aroma Chemicals BV. He has an MBA from Erasmus University in the Netherlands.
Formed in 1947, Golden State Foods is one of the largest diversified suppliers to the quick service restaurant (QSR) industry. The company counts McDonald’s, Starbucks, Nestlé and Taco Bell among its customers.
