Merck Millipore’s solutions for life science research

Merck Millipore, a division of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, was created following the acquisition of Millipore Corporation, Billerica, USA by Merck KGaA.

The Merck Millipore division was launched in January 2011 and offers solutions that enable scientists to conduct life science research easily, efficiently and economically. With a range of more than 40,000 products, Merck Millipore is one of the top three suppliers of tools to the life science industry.

Merck Millipore is organised into three business units combining complementary Merck and Millipore products and services, enabling advanced, integrated solutions to meet its customers’ complex challenges.

Bioscience provides integrated workflow solutions that help customers in academia and the bio/pharmaceutical industries understand complete biological systems and identify new therapeutic targets.

Lab Solutions supplies a comprehensive range of proven, validated products and services for research, analytical and clinical laboratories in a wide range of industries. This range includes chemicals and reagents, chromatography products, biomonitoring tools and water purification systems, as well as everyday laboratory consumables.

Process Solutions supplies products and services used by bio/pharmaceutical customers to develop and manufacture therapeutic drugs safely and efficiently.
