AIFST Annual Convention to be held in Melbourne
The Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology (AIFST) is hosting its 43rd Annual Convention in Melbourne from 25-27 July 2010.
This year the theme of the program will be 'Body, Mind, Passion', encompassing all areas of the profession.
According to Philip Strong, Convention Chairman, “The Technical program committee have put together a first-class program with some great keynote speakers from overseas in Professor Patrick Wall from Ireland - an expert on public health issues, and Marianne Gillette - the current President of IFT who will complement our array of local speakers showcasing current directions in research and development along with education initiatives from within Australia.”
