Stainless steel adjustable incline conveyors

ADM Packaging Technology has released a modular incline conveyor. It is engineered for maximum quality and versatility using the Intralox grade of belts.

The conveyor can be used with vertical form fill and seal flexible packaging machines and other applications to transfer products from a low lying position to new working heights.

The conveyor is made from stainless steel-grade metal, and yet its lightweight construction makes it mobile around the plant.

Also made available on request is a full washdown version, and different belt grades to suit various sizes and speciality jobs.

The conveyor on show offers a low lying horizontal section with an adjustment to fit beneath any bagmaker and present a good clear travelling.

The horizontal section of the conveyor can be offered in different lengths on request.

The incline section is designed to offer the user an angle adjustment of 15 to 45° for matching the belt exit to other existing equipment like metal detectors, checkweighers, pack off tables and automatic packing stations. Other angle adjustments are also offered on request and the incline belt length of the conveyor can be made fully adaptable to suit. With the convenience of brake release castor wheels, this unit is easily transportable to any section of a plant by a single operator. As a standard this machine can be made in different lengths and belt speeds.
