SCS Filtration has a comprehensive range of refrigerated air dryers. The MTA range of DE dryers is available in sizes ranging from 0.3m3/min (9 cfm) to 37.5m3/min (1324 cfm) and in Australia with stocked dryer sizes from 20 to 494 cfm.
MTA’s silica thermal mass technology is claimed to ensure electrical savings and energy reductions.
The dryers have a simple refrigeration circuit that does not use hot gas bypass valves. This provides increased reliability as the refrigeration compressor is claimed to run much cooler and less often than other dryers.
The dryers have a maximum inlet temperature of 70°C, with ambient conditions of up to 50°C and inlet pressure up to 16 bar (1600 kpa), making them suitable for the Australian climate. The product range can be used in all industries requiring clean and dry air that is free of contaminants.
The dryers complement the rest of the SCS product range which can be supplied in packages including filter housings.
