The dicing and strip cutting machine ARGON can reach a hourly capacity between 1500-2350 kg/ hr depending on product. The spacious 96 x 96 x 550 mm cutting chamber can accommodate high volume products, eliminating the task of cutting to size.

The ARGON is capable of coping with the heaviest burdens from cooked to tempered meats it provides continuos precise cubes and strips with cleanly cut surfaces. A cleverly thought out, one handed operating system is designed to enable the machine operator to close the cutting chamber single handedly. The principal is simple, the rounded, curved handle for closing the cutting chamber compact lid can be pushed back and forth with only one hand. This enables he operator to continue loading the cutting chamber with the other hand.

The compactor lid's guide system makes the closing of the cutting chamber simple, which inturn makes one-handed operation possible. At the same time, this process also serves to pre-compress the product inside.

The ARGON has the operators interest at heart when it comes to the product outlet, too. The sliced products are transported into the 200 L standard trolley or standard E-containers either directly or automatically by conveyor. A gridset design and an intelligent control system also contribute to making handling easy.

The 'Click&Go' gridsets to be changed without tools and the electronic control system is a time-saving feature.

Up to 50 cutting programs can be stored and user rights can be assigned on four different authorisation ranges.

The ARGON has variable knife speeds of up to 300 rpm with optional weight station, you determine the portion weight, ARGON does the rest. The machine stops the cutting process automatically as soon as the pre determined weight is reached.

The ARGON is always one step ahead.
