The Capson CH-1000 series is a fully automatic capping machine which unscrambles and applies plastic or metal caps to glass, plastic or metal containers. It is built in two configurations: indexed starwheel or inline.

The capper can be made to apply a variety of closures: screwcaps, plugs, tamper-evident caps, snap-ons, twist caps, sports caps, etc. The unit features standard, inclined or universal hoppers for almost any type of cap with final selection based on cap feature. The CH-100 has a fully stainless steel construction, with interlocked safety guards and can be supplied as a flameproof machine to suit requirements of the oil and chemical industries.

A magnetic capping clutch enables accurate adjustable torque setting. The machine easily integrates with existing conveyors or cap elevators and conveyors can be supplied as optional extras.
