Vacuum holds vibrator in place

Emptying hoppers can be a chore when the product doesn't want to come out. The usual method is hammering, or better, use a vibrator, properly sized and with the correct action.

But if the hopper isn't yours then the problem gets worse as you can't hammer it or attach anything permanently.

Vibration Systems & Solutions (Australia) has a method of holding a vibrator securely to the hopper wall by vacuum. This means that it can be used on any solid walled container just as a normal vibrator. The wall can even be curved as in a 200 L drum.

The VacMount comes in a variety of sizes which can be fitted with the correct vibrator for the job. No extra piping is required as the vacuum is generated from the same airline that runs the vibrator.

The hopper wall can be metal or plastic, and VSS can even offer solutions for woven IBCs.
