TechnoWrapp A800 and A800 4E pallet stretch wrappers

Technowrapp’s A800 and A800 4E high-speed pallet stretch wrappers are claimed to use as little as 96 g of film per pallet.

The high-speed, automatic ring wrapping machines are suitable for stretch wrapping palletised loads with stretch film and a waterproof top sheet, which will result in cost savings on the amount of film used per pallet.

The A800 and A800 4E stretch wrapping machines can wrap up to 130 pallets/h. They contain an electronic pre-stretch system with a tacho generator that enables smooth dispensing of the film and a high degree of pre-stretch.

The stretch wrapping machines are designed to keep film usage to a minimum, which is achieved by pre-stretching the film to more than 400%. On a pallet measuring 800 x 1200 x 1500 mm high, using nine layers of film and a standard film reel of 500 mm wide x 23 µm: only 96 grams of films are used.

Technowrapp’s ring technology rotates the film cartridge around the palletised load, combining smooth horizontal and vertical movements to cover the load, while still maintaining the integrity of the load corners.

Because the pallet/load is static, the stability and integrity of the stack is maintained during the high-speed wrapping process.

Other features of the automatic pallet stretch-wrapping machines include: hermetic sealing of top and sides of load; easy parameter change controls to accommodate different sized loads; and rugged construction.

Extra options available include auto reel changeover; pallet lift in wrapping area; and a stretch film splicer.
