The Schenck Process Multidos L weigh feeder can be adapted to many different applications. Its scale is used as a measuring or batching system. With the integrated weighing technology, a large variety of products, such as cocoa powder, cereals, salts or freeze-dried vegetables, can be measured with a high degree of precision. The Multidos L is available in an open design which is suitable for special applications in the meat-processing industry, such as the production of ground meat or sausage, and wherever high hygienic standards must be met.

The machine is also available in a hygienic design. This version responds particularly well to the high hygienic requirements in the food industry and offers numerous advantages.

The scale is especially easy to dismantle and remount. This saves time and effort when the equipment is cleaned frequently and with liquids.

All of the parts that require removal for cleaning are attached with maintenance-friendly connections. The casing is detachable; the mechanical system can be removed at the side. That means the Multidos L can easily be dismantled and reassembled in about 7 minutes.

The Multidos L weigh-feeder is designed in stainless steel throughout and it was created as a standardised, modular system with belt widths of 300 to 1200 mm and axial distances between 1000 and 3500 mm. The maximum capacity is 170 m3/h.
