The PackMin Management System can integrate with a company’s current processes, saving time and money. And it keeps track of everything without any extra effort.

The PackMin system is designed to be used in the office, in sales area, in production room and in dispatch. It has a user-friendly application that can run on office computers and both ruggedised handhelds and touch-screen terminals for the production room and dispatch.

All product movements are recorded and users can track things as they happen right there on the factory floor. Users can track stock movements such as goods-in, transfers, manufacturing, packaging, warehousing or dispatch. Also, weights and quantities are entered against orders on the packing floor so invoices can be produced immediately. The integrated manufacturing management is based on recipes with full multistage recipe support.

Random weight products are fully supported and PackMin can even connect directly to digital scales and label printers to make the collection of weights and labelling of products, cartons and pallets automatic. Many label formats are supported out of the box, including GS1 and SSCC; others can be added as required.

The system also allows for efficient telesales, with support for customer pricing, specials, repeated orders and email notifications. It will generate invoices, purchase orders and manifests automatically.

The whole system was designed from the ground up for the food industry and it is developed and supported locally. It has been designed for small to medium-sized businesses.
