BEUMER paletpac 2500 layer palletiser

BEUMER has reengineered its high-capacity layer palletiser, BEUMER paletpac 2500. The machine stacks bags filled with bulk material - such as cement, pellets and industrial salts and fertilisers in paper, polyethylene or polypropylene bags - on pallets gently and exactly.

Geometric precision during layer and stack formation ensures stable bag stacks are formed. Multiple pallet loads created with the paletpac can even be stacked one on top of the other to save space.

The lifting frame has been exchanged for four chains with a counterweight, saving weight and minimising energy required for lifting. The large hoist drive has been replaced with a small motor operating as a servo drive.

The paletpac’s external frame elements can be folded so the whole palletiser head fits into one transport container and does not need to be dismounted, reducing the number of containers used to transport the palletiser.

BEUMER has modified the guides for the pallet side plate, introduced a lateral guide system, changed the drive performance and decreased the system width. Users can quickly and easily adapt the palletiser to different pallet sizes without tools.

The machine palletises bags up to a pack height of 2400 mm in all technically possible packing patterns and on any commonly used pallet size - including intermediate sizes such as 1400 x 1200 mm.

The paletpac palletises up to 2500 bags/h and is especially suited to palletising paper, PE and PP bags. The modular structure permits adaptation to market- and user-specific requirements.
