The ScanFeeder 7700 product infeed system features automatic vacuum infeed technology.

The ScanFeeder 7700 automatic product feeding equipment uses drum vacuum technology. It is designed primarily to automatically feed a wide range of different products, one by one, to an automatic weighing machine installed downstream in the processing line. The ScanFeeder 7700 picks up semi-soft products one at a time from any disorderly flow and delivers them in the required orderly flow at speeds that are just as fast - or faster - as those required by most downstream food processing equipment. For example, it can handle chicken fillets at a rate of up to 160 items per minute.

The ScanFeeder 7700 features a straightforward design and keeps costs down by only using a minimum of utilities.

With a small footprint, the ScanFeeder 7700 takes up very little space in any production facility.

Product highlights include: rapid payback as there is no need for manual infeed operators; increased productivity with practically no down time, due to the reliable technology and robust stainless steel construction; increased product shelf life - no human contact during production; good hygiene with easy cleaning; and high capacity with minimum manpower - operating at a rate of up to 160 items per minute.
