Compressed Air Australia Line Vac Conveyor
Line Vac Conveyors convert hose, tube or pipe into a powerful inline conveying system and handle materials up to 482°C. They eject a small amount of compressed air to produce a vacuum on one end, resulting in high output flows on the other with instantaneous response.
The conveyors can be used to convey plastic pellets, scrap trim, textiles, food products, pills/tablets/capsules, paper, chips, sawdust, small parts and granules.
The compact conveyors are quiet, have no moving parts and are CE compliant. Available in 11 sizes, the conveyors fit standard hose, tube and pipe and offer a high throughput capability.
The conveyors are offered in a wide range of sizes and materials to suit a variety of applications. Aluminium models are suitable for general-purpose conveying.
The standard stainless steel models (Type 303) offer good corrosion resistance and are suitable for food service, abrasive or corrosive applications. For critical applications including certain foods and pharmaceutical products, Type 316 stainless steel models are claimed to provide excellent corrosion resistance.
High Temperature Line Vac models are available for applications located in temperatures up to 482°C. Heavy Duty Line Vac models that convey the highest volumes and resist wear are also available.
