tna founders appointed to Australian society of honour
Nadia and Alf Taylor received insignias commemorating their appointment as Members (AM) of the Order of Australia for their philanthropic efforts. The Taylors co-founded tna solutions, a food processing and packaging solutions provider, alongside their charitable foundation. Her Excellency, the Honourable Margaret Beazley, Governor of New South Wales, presented the medals, in recognition of the Taylors’ philanthropic initiatives, at an Investiture Ceremony at Government House Sydney. The Order of Australia was established by the Queen in 1975 as an Australian society of honour for recognising Australian citizens and other individuals for achievements or meritorious service.
“This recognition is an endorsement of tna’s mission and values that aims to embrace inclusive growth. We are both humbled and deeply honoured to be recognised for our endeavours to lend support to the less fortunate, especially children and socially excluded groups, through tna’s humanitarian programs. Alf and I may be at the forefront of this, but it is the unstinting support of every team member that allows us to share tna’s success with the disadvantaged,” said Nadia Taylor, co-founder of tna and the Nadia and Alf Taylor Foundation.
The Nadia and Alf Taylor Foundation was established in 2002, following tna’s success in food processing and packaging solutions. The foundation has supported over 150 charities across 39 countries, focusing on interventions in a range of ideas, including education, social enterprise, health care, human rights, emergency relief and animal rights.
