Natural Health & Nutrition Expo in China
As health consciousness continues to rise globally, the nutraceutical industry is experiencing growth. Against this backdrop, China’s pharmaceutical and health nutrition sector is undergoing a period of adjustment — marked by slower growth yet accelerated transformation and innovation.
The China International Natural Health & Nutrition Expo (NHNE) is designed to explore Asia’s health nutrition and functional food industry. Held over three days from 21–23 May 2025 at the China Import and Export Fair in Guangzhou, NHNE is designed to foster innovation, help businesses to overcome challenges, and equip them with insights to navigate emerging market trends. Bringing together global leaders in nutrition and health, the expo provides an integrated online and offline marketplace through a suite of services, including exhibitions, summits, forums, business matchmaking, content dissemination and network expansion.
Scientific and technological innovation is a driving force behind the progress of the nutrition and health sector. This year, NHNE hosts the inaugural Future Science Conference, where leading scientists and industry experts from around the world will convene to explore advancements in functional medicine and synthetic biology. Through a series of forums and product launches, the conference delves into the transformative impact of technology on nutraceuticals.
The expo will also include the Nutrition Look Awards, with award categories that recognise outstanding achievements across multiple sectors and distribution channels for the nutraceutical industry. There will also be a Talent Night, which creates a platform for brands to showcase their expertise, exchange insights and foster meaningful connections.
