Food & Hospitality Queensland back for 2023
Food & Hospitality Queensland will be returning from 15-16 October 2023 at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.
Attendees will have the opportunity to explore the latest equipment and food trends, with over 180 exhibitors at the event. It will also feature special events such as the Queensland Chef of the Year competition, the Café School, the Chef Success Workshop and free demonstrations.
Entries are open for the Queensland Chef of the Year 2023, which will see the state’s best chefs competing to create two dishes in one hour using a mystery box of ingredients. The competition is open to any professional chef in Queensland, with 28 finalists selected to compete.
The Café School will give attendees the opportunity to attend free workshops designed to help cafés and takeaways elevate their offerings. Industry experts will be present to talk about the latest trends in the sector.
Suppliers have the opportunity to exhibit at the event and connect with buyers from the hospitality, food and retail industries and network with industry decision-makers.
