Farinacci reaches 40 years of pasta making in Melbourne
Fresh pasta manufacturers Farinacci is celebrating 40 years of bringing fresh pasta to Australia with what started in humble beginnings with Vincenzo Farinacci seeing a niche opportunity to manufacture boutique fresh pasta in Melbourne.
In 1984 he set up a retail outlet in Elsternwick making and cooking fresh pasta for the locals. In 1985, as the business grew into the wholesale market Michael Farinacci joined his father, landing the company clients with large catering, hotel groups and airline contracts.
Today, Farinacci is directed by third-generation Vince Farinacci, who has seen the business grow into developing boutique gluten-free pasta in Australia.
Vince Farinacci wants to dedicate the success of Farinacci to his father Michael.
