AIP presents a corrugated packaging course
The Australian Institute of Packaging (AIP) is running a virtual training course on corrugated packaging.
The Introduction to Corrugated Packaging course takes place on 30 June and is open to all industry members. It is a beginners’ course and provides participants with an overview of the materials and manufacturing processes used in the creation of corrugated packaging.
Those who attend will gain an understanding of several key factors of corrugated packaging, such as how it can be used in traditional and emerging markets to protect products; how different materials can be used for the packaging; the corrugation process and its associated board structures; the equipment and style options for corrugated packaging; and the different processes that should be considered to deliver an appropriate market presence.
The course is intended for anybody wanting to attain a good introductory understanding of corrugated packaging as well as for people involved in the selection, acquisition and design of corrugated product packaging. People working in retail or sales will also benefit from attending. Additionally, the course offers 12.5 points towards the Certified Packaging Professional designation.
The course will take place via Zoom and is to be presented by AIP’s George Ganzenmuller. Click here for registration details.
