A jam-packed schedule for SA food industry
Hosted by Food South Australia, the annual Food South Australia Summit is designed to provide practical information for the food and beverage manufacturers, producers, buyers, service providers and policymakers. This year’s theme ‘Tomorrow’s New Normal’ features seminars from industry leaders and business experts covering topics such as innovations on trend, cybersecurity, packaging waste challenges and workforce wellness. Being held in the Ian McLachlan Room on 1 June, at the Adelaide Oval, the 2022 summit program has now been released.
The South Australian Food, Beverage & Tech Trade Show will also be taking place from 17–18 of May at the Adelaide Showground. Technology, products and ideas will be showcased by over 90 exhibitors and suppliers.
And, submissions for entrants for the SA Premier’s Food and Beverage Industry Awards will open early next month. From 11 May, businesses and individuals will be able to enter into the running for recognition of innovative business and development practices.
