ADM Packaging’s MCV5 modular incline conveyor can carry raw products to a required height.
The feature of this conveyor is the robust and flexible thermo drive belt. The flat belt is manufactured with protruding tracks moulded on the underside to offer positive drive. The conveyor is driven using the same sprockets needed to drive plastic modular belts.
This style of belt is used for conveying mainly food products that cannot be transported by plastic modular belts. The thermo drive prevents food from being entrapped between the modular linkages.
Different types of products conveyed include free flowing, cereals, nuts, meats, salads, vegetables, pasta, shredded cheese and non-foods.
The conveyor is manufactured in all stainless steel and other food-grade components. The unit can be designed offering different heights, angles and entry/exit horizontal lengths.
