The DSI Accura Portioning System with SuperShape software is claimed to be nearly twice as accurate as other waterjet portioning systems. It delivers a combination of versatility, ease of use, accuracy and throughput, resulting in higher product yields.
For food service producers and retail poultry product producers with precise shape, weight and fat specifications, the system delivers portioning for production lines over 1500 pounds.
Additionally, the Accura features horizontal slitting technologies, optimised loading systems, computer set belt speeds, 3D machine vision, vertical waterjet cutting and convenient reporting options.

SuperShape software produces the same shape on every portion while still maintaining the desired weight specification. The operator may select from a menu of up to six stored custom shapes and is able to achieve product changeover in just seconds. Yield is often maximised by selecting a dual cut strategy such as cutting fillets and nuggets from the same piece of input product.
SuperShape features easy customisation. Sketch a shape, scan it in and in minutes the Accura system will be portioning that new shape.
The Accura system simultaneously cuts product to shape and weight at belt speeds as high as 24 m per minute. The system can cut nearly any shape that can be drawn, and new shapes can be loaded and running in seconds.
