Drain management program

The ElimineX Drain Management Program is a complete system that eliminates and controls biofilm and food-borne bacteria like listeria that thrive in the drains in food processing environments.

Drains in food handling facilities provide a rich environment for breeding bacteria. This bacteria may lead to the growth of biofilm, pests and food pathogens. The presence of these bacteria can cause cross contamination in food products by being spread through fruit flies, foot and equipment traffic across drains.

JohnsonDiversey's ElimineX Drain Management Program breaks down biofilm to enhance the sanitation of the drain and reduce the threat of food contamination occurring from bacteria commonly found in food industry drains.

The ElimineX Drain Management Program is made up of two cleaning agents: ElimineX Foaming Drain Cleaner, which is developed with clinging effect to provide extended cleaning reaction time in the drain, as well as the J512 sanitising agent.

The ElimineX Drain Management Program is able to be directly applied without the need to disassemble the drain and does not spread or make airborne any soil or potentially harmful bacteria that could be present in the drain.

The cleaning products included with the ElimineX Drain Management Program are packaged using JohnsonDiversey's J-flex technology to deliver dilution accuracy in a no chemical contact system.

The program is a complete program included in JohnsonDiversey's SafeKey global food safety platform, which is designed to meet the food safety needs of food processors. The drain cleaning system is designed to make the unpleasant task of drain cleaning and sanitising safe for cleaning staff to use.
