Digital handheld pocket refractometers
The PAL range of digital pocket refractometers from Atago combines high performance with convenience. The PAL's compact size and light weight of only 100 g allows users to easily carry it and use it in the laboratory, the factory or out in the field.
Ergonomically designed for easy one-handed operation, simply put a drop of a sample on the PAL's prism surface and press the 'start' key.
The Brix value (sugar content/concentration) will be displayed in 3 s, or get a refractive index reading directly with the model PAL-RI.
PAL refractometers are fully water-resistant to IP65 so users can simply rinse off samples under the tap. Equipped with ELI (external-light-interference) technology, accurate measurements can be made with ease and confidence near windows or outdoors. Models with the automatic temperature compensation function enable users to take readings regardless of the ambient temperature.
With over 80 models in the range, there is a PAL handheld refractometer to suit all applications from general testing to specialist chemical and food or beverage analyses.
