Septacid BN offers simultaneous cleaning and sanitising in acid medium and was developed for automatic cleaning and sanitising of pipelines, fermentation vessels, storage tanks and bright beer tanks. It is also suitable for simultaneous acid cleaning and sanitising under atmosphere or CO2 pressure.
Septacid BN has a strong bacteriocidal action on yeasts, gram positive and gram negative bacteria. It remains unaffected by the presence of organic load. It possesses good rinsing properties. Septacid BN is particularly suitable for use in CIP systems with recovery facilities. It may be used on all materials and coatings currently in use in the food industry. Concentration loss is easily monitorable by conductometric methods.
