A new food processing in-dustry workplace resource - the Food Processing Industry AWA (Australian work-place agreement) Kit - is a workplace rela-tions resource promoting flexible work practices for businesses in the food processing industry.

Developed by the Office of the Employment Advocate (OEA), the Australian govern-ment agency responsible for filing and approving Aust-ralian workplace agreements (AWAs), the kit aims to fulfil the need identified by the food processing industry for businesses in this industry to adopt more innovative and flexible work practices.
