Submissions closing soon for Ignite Packaging program
Planning to sponsor a participant in the Ignite Packaging pilot program? Time’s running out: submissions close 25 July.
Launched by the Australian Institute of Packaging (AIP), in collaboration with Emberin, the self-paced mentoring program is designed for women working in the food, beverage, manufacturing and packaging industries.
The program enables participants to master new skills and techniques over a 12-week period that facilitates the creation of new behavioural patterns and improves self-esteem and confidence in their abilities.
Participants will have access to fortnightly webinars with guest speakers from within the industry.
To date, more than 14,000 women in other industries have completed the Emberin Ignite program, and the AIP believes it its time that the program was made available to women in the packaging industry.
The AIP is inviting companies to ‘sponsor’ two participants in the Ignite Packaging pilot program and encourage their female workforce to participate.
