New online courses offered by TAFE will promote the latest best practice in food handling.
Southbank TAFE has released two new online courses - Hygiene and Sanitation and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)-Food Safety Program - developed in response to new Australian regulations.
The online courses provide a cost-effective way of providing training at a time and place which is convenient to both the business and the individual.
These two courses can be competed in less than 30 h each and, at a cost of $95 per person for Hygiene and Sanitation and $120 per person for HACCP-Food Safety Program, are cost-effective ways of ensuring staff comply with the new regulations.
