Company takeover

Tetra Pak has announced it will takeover Carlisle Process Systems USA, the cheese and powder processing sector of Carlisle Companies Inc.

Through this acquisition, Tetra Pak will broaden its offering in the diary and cheese categories, including whey treatment for the cheese producers and solutions for milk powder production.

The agreement is subject to regulatory approvals.
