Triennial bakery exhibition to be held in Verona
A comprehensive event dedicated to technologies, raw materials and semi-finished products for bread, confectionery, pastry, pasta and pizza will be held in Italy in May this year.
A triennial event, the 10th SIAB International Techno-Bake Exhibition will not only exhibit enhancements to traditional sectors but also new and innovative developments in the baking industry.
SIAB is designed for bakers, pasta and pizza makers, hospitality operators and distributors to exchange ideas and interact with delegates from Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America.
The 2010 SIAB saw the registration of more than 38,000 international visitors and about 400 exhibitors from eight different countries.
The 10th SIAB International Techno-Bake Exhibition will be held in Verona, Italy, from 25-29 May 2013. For more information, visit www.siabweb.com.
The Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Australia is the official representative of SIAB organisers Veronafiere. The Chamber can assist Australian delegates wanting to attend the exhibition. For more information, email fairs@italcham.com.au.
