FSMS auditor course to run in Auckland
SGS is offering a food safety management systems (FSMS) auditor training course commencing on 31 March in Auckland.
FSSC 22000 combines ISO 220000 and ISO/TS 22002 - prerequisite programs on food safety for food manufacturing. The training courses provide food chain professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary to audit FSMS with a view to assessing the adequacy of the design and implementation of an organisation’s FSMS against ISO 220000:2005 and in accordance with ISO 19011.
The course is designed for experienced food safety professionals with an understanding of the management system’s approach to food safety and the skills required to audit effectively against FSMS.
In order to be signed off as an FSSC 22000:2010 Auditor, course participants will need to meet requirements relating to tertiary qualifications, work experience and auditing experience.
