FoodPro 2005

FoodPro 2005, the Australian International Food Processing Exhibition, will spread across four halls of the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre, Darling Harbour, from 10-13 July 2005.

The overall number of exhibitors at FoodPro 2005 is expected to reach 260 to 270.

Since FoodPro began as the International Meat Trades Fair, it has grown into a prestigious food and beverage trade vent for the Asia-Pacific region. When last held in 2002, the event included 223 companies from 30 countries and an audience of more than 8000 industry buyers.

Exhibitors include suppliers of processing machinery, ingredients and additives, packaging and a complete range of ancillary products.

The Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology Incorporated (AIFST) will once again co-locate with FoodPro, to hold its 38th Annual AIFST Convention. The convention theme is 'Passion for Food, Skills for Success'.
