EHEDG Symposium 2009

Aiming to provide comprehensive know-how on hygienic engineering for the manufacturing of safe and wholesome food, EHEDG is holding its 2009 Symposium in Cologne at the same time as Anuga FoodTec.

The symposium will focus on hygienic equipment for fresh produce handling and aseptic filling in the beverage industry.

This knowledge platform and networking event addresses all international CEOs, decision makers and experts from companies involved in the manufacturing of food and food equipment, professionals from companies supplying engineering services as well as quality managers responsible for food safety control.

The lectures will be practically oriented and will offer the participants the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of hygienic engineering and design in respect to above topics. The conference language will be English for both lectures and submitted papers.
