CSIRO microencapsulation workshop
CSIRO is holding a two-day microencapsulation workshop that combines seminars with hands-on laboratory demonstrations. It will be held from 7-8 December 2011 at CSIRO Food and Nutritional Science in Werribee, Victoria.
Attendees have the opportunity to ask experts directly about the opportunities that microencapsulation offers and hear about the latest advances in the field. Additionally, the chance exists to meet confidentially with the experts to discuss products and process opportunities of specific interest, or to take a tour of the laboratory and pilot plant facilities at CSIRO, Werribee.
Speakers with include Professor Denis Poncelet of Oniris, France, Ms Luz Sanguansri and Dr Mary Ann Augustin of CSIRO, Australia, and Dr Christophe Barbe of Ceramispheres, Australia, and Dr Brenda Mossel of Nu-Mega Ingredients, Australia.
