Kellogg's unboxes new packaging design for its cereals
Kellogg’s Australia has launched a refreshed range of packaging for its breakfast cereal brands, with a new design language that has been developed to be simple, cohesive and recognisable.
The boxes are emblazoned with tabs that wrap around the box, making full use of the 3D nature of the package.
A full third of the box is dedicated to the nutritional information panel in order to keep consumers in the know about what they are eating. The nutritional panel also features easy-to-read iconography that will help people quickly and easily understand the nutritional content of the brand’s cereals.
“We know sometimes Nutrition Information Panels can be confusing so we’ve made them simpler to read with all nutritional information in one location. We have also listed some of the added nutritional benefits with the help of icons to help consumers make their choice,” said Dr Gina Levy, Senior Nutrition Manager at Kellogg Australia.
The designs also incorporate the Australasian Recycling Label in a bid to make the recycling information more accessible to consumers.
The new design language will be incorporated into Kellogg’s range by the end of March 2022.
