The Hach H series rugged portable meter systems provide a large LCD with LED backlight and measurement of pH (ISFET or glass), mV, temperature, conductivity, total dissolved solids (TDS), salinity and oxidation reduction potential (ORP).

Utilising the ISFET, solid-state, glass-free pH measurement technology makes these meters suitable for the food and beverage and pharmaceutical markets, as well as any applications where a rugged, low-maintenance electrode system would be of benefit.

They also offer a waterproof enclosure with an IP67 rating. G-version models include the added features of Bluetooth wireless remote control and data transfer, GLP-related features such as date and time stamping, calibration recall, password-protected set-up, ISE capability and additional data point storage.

Power is provided by 4 AA batteries which will give up to 200 hours of continuous operation with a 10 h advance low battery warning.

Simultaneous display of pH and temperature is provided. Data Memory offers 999 data point storage (H160G and H170G models) and calibration details are stored and logged. Up to five-point calibration is offered. Buffer recognition ensures that the correct buffer values are measured and stored. The meter is quite compact and lightweight at 450 g.

The Hach No Glass pH system is also available in a range of personal ‘stick’ meters and fully functional laboratory meters.
