The Ultra-Web cartridge filters claim to create cleaner, safer air for workers, longer filter life and greater cost savings.
The cartridge filters are made using synthetic nanofibre technology which claims to capture a higher level of submicron and larger dust particles than conventional filters, thereby achieving greater efficiency.
Manufacturing processes generate submicron dust - from welding and cutting fumes, smoke and toner to paint pigments, insecticides and pharmaceutical compounds. As pressure mounts to maintain a cleaner plant environment, companies can use the pre-HEPA MERV 13 rated Ultra-Web filters.
Ultra-Web nanofibre technology provides surface loading ability and dust release capabilities and as a result last up to two times longer than commodity filters. Because the fine fibre layer traps more dust on the surface of the media, the result is better pulse cleaning and lower pressure drop.
Ultra-Web filters are fitted standard to all Donaldson Torit DCE dust collectors and are also available as replacement for all brands of cartridge collectors.
