The company’s Decorex and Silex model floretting and coring equipment features technology which ‘reads’ each head as it enters the cut zone, ensuring the process gives optimum cut results, reduces waste and saves labour costs.
Each lane is capable of processing up to 3600 heads/h. Multiple lanes are available, as are mixed-use machines to process broccoli and cauliflower, cabbage and lettuce, or any mix that is required in each plant.
