Qantas to serve Pride Cookie during Mardi Gras
To mark this year’s Mardi Gras celebrations in Sydney, Byron Bay Cookies has partnered with its ambassador, acclaimed chef Christine Manfield, to release the Pride Cookie.
The heart-shaped cookie, which is filled with milk chocolate chunks and covered in colourful dotty chocolate drops, will be available onboard selected domestic and international Qantas flights from 2–8 March, allowing Mardi Gras incomers and other travellers to share in Australia’s largest rainbow celebration.
“The Mardi Gras festival is such an exciting time — it’s that time of year when people come together from all over Australia and the world to celebrate love in all its colours,” said Manfield.
