Krones and Kosme labelling range

Thursday, 17 February, 2011 | Supplied by: Krones (Thailand) Co Ltd

Krones AG, Neutraubling, Germany, will be sharing a stand with its subsidiary Kosme. Together with Kosme, Krones is showcasing its labelling solutions for both small and mid-tier bottlers, and for the high output category as well.

Krones Contiroll is used for wraparound, reel-fed labelling. The machine has a rotary design with a precisely operating labelling station which cuts film or paper labels and then uses hotmelt to glue them to the containers. The labeller provides good efficiency, accuracy and speed.

The Kosme labelling range includes many types of machine - from the simple and economic Compact AD for an output of 4800 bottles/h to the Top II AD with redundant or automatic predecoiler groups for outputs up to 30,000 bottles/h. The adhesive machines with advanced electronics can apply all types of label (OPP, PE, PET, etc) at any speed to produce quality labelling even in delicate situations.
