The 10 L PET jerry can for drinking water has a large, angled neck and integrated handle. This makes accurate pouring easy without the ‘glugging’ effect normally experienced with large containers.
Containers of this size normally require structural ‘ribs’, however the smooth sides of this PET container enable easy labelling. Strong, yet weighing just 240 g, the container is suited to a broad range of food products.
PET is one of the most recycled and recyclable packaging available, and the container uses around half the material required to produce alternative 10 L containers. Users are finding that the two 10 L carton pack is a good alternative to traditional 20 L jerry can packaging as it not only delivers significant cost savings but also provide easier handling and pouring.
Manufactured in New Zealand, the can is part of a growing range of PET packaging developed for the food service and food export industry.
