Adhesive melter

DuraBlue 50 adhesive melters claim to deliver simplicity, reliability, durability and performance to product assembly, packaging and paperboard converting operations.

DuraBlue 50 adhesive melters offer full feature control for automatic dispensing applications. The melters feature preset speed AC motors with high-output gerotor gear pumps for easy-to-operate, low-maintenance hot melt adhesive application. DuraBlue 25, 50 and 100 L melters are currently available.

The release-coated grid and reservoir tank reduces adhesive degradation while maximising adhesive throughput. The large, accessible tank opening provides for easier filling and cleaning.

A graphical-control panel and system-status display simplify programming and operation. A 7-day clock allows automatic daily startup, standby and shutdown. In addition to standard inputs/outputs, there is an option for additional communication protocols.

Installation and set-up are made easy with quick connect hoses and guns. Single-tool, removable access panels, keyed electrical cabinet doors and disposable Saturn-style basket filters provide straightforward maintenance.

DuraBlue 50 adhesive melters can also be used as premelters.
