New gluing process service on display at interpack

Robatech will present GreenSaver at the interpack fair in Düsseldorf from 4–10 May 2023. The new service provides users with a detailed overview of the measures that achieve the best savings effect in gluing processes.

With GreenSaver, users of adhesive application systems can have their savings potential identified in the areas of adhesive consumption, adhesive application, energy and compressed air consumption, workplace safety and system availability.

After the onsite inspection, the 8-point inspection report provides an overview of effective levers for reducing costs and improving the sustainability balance.

At the booth, Robatech will also show efficient components that enable gluing of primary and secondary packaging and save resources at the same time. With 500 million and 1 billion operating cycles respectively, the SpeedStar Compact and Volta jetting heads are not only durable, but they also operate without compressed air. The high switching frequency of the electric application heads allows the use of hot melt stitching, which can reduce adhesive consumption by up to 40%.

In combination with the smart Vision melter and the fully insulated Performa heated hose, energy savings of up to 48% can be achieved compared to similar components in the same category.

Also on display at the interpack 2023, 11 G70 booth will be another new product from Robatech.
