Keeping compressed air to food production standards

Supplied by Atlas Copco Compressors on Tuesday, 30 June, 2015

Compressed air used in food and beverage manufacturing must be kept to food production standards to maintain both safety and the flavour of food products.

International standards for food and beverage grade compressed air recommend both the level of air quality and the ongoing regular checks required to ensure quality is being maintained. Maintaining these standards requires selecting the right air compressors and related equipment.
