Kikkoman's Less Salt Soy Sauce is the perfect solution if your customers are asking for a less salt alternative.
Made from Kikkoman's Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce, the salt content is reduced using a special fermentation process. The flavour is less salty than regular soy sauce, but still retains the depth of flavour and typical brewed notes from fermentation.
It is useful for low salt food applications, and is a versatile flavouring and colouring agent. It also contains no chemically hydrolysed vegetable proteins and/or carbohydrates, chemical preservatives, artificial sweeteners, artificial colours or flavours, and is non-G.M.
Applications include salad dressings, vegetable sauces, soup bases, steak sauces, marinade products for smoking, and for seafood and chicken, as well as salt reduced applications.
