SAI Global new food safety courses

A successful pilot of SAI Global’s latest food safety course will now see the training available for industry professionals throughout Australia.

The Quality Assurance and Food Safety Management training focuses on the core compliance, leadership and risk management knowledge and skills required to implement the Food Safety or HACCP program. Completion of the course will earn professionals with the BSB51607 Diploma of Quality Auditing qualification.

The course is suitable for food industry management and personnel who have had at least four years’ experience in the food industry.

Key dates:

Sydney: 27 May; 17 June; 15 July; 19 August

Melbourne: 10 June; 26 August; 16 September

Adelaide : 2 September

Brisbane: 19 August; 9 September
