Registration opens for Australian Manufacturing Week
The inaugural Australian Manufacturing Week has opened its doors for online registration, as it welcomes visitors to mingle, look at new products and develop an understanding of the manufacturing industry’s future.
Run by Australian Manufacturing Technology Institute Limited, the event will see manufacturers and businesses exhibiting products and technologies from across the country.
Over 150 exhibitors will be in attendance. The show is split up into six zones for visitors to explore and peruse, each touching on a different aspect of the manufacturing field. The zones include areas dedicated to additive manufacturing and 3D printing, robotics and automation, and to the business of innovative manufacturing. More details of the zones of the exhibition can be found on its website.
Over 9000 m2 of the convention centre will be used for the event, and manufacturers will be able to demonstrate how their machinery and solutions can be integrated into the visitor’s production process.
The Australian Manufacturing Week will run from 7–10 June and will take place in the Australian International Convention Centre in Darling Harbour. Admission is free for trade professionals.
